UK driver Ed Jones is to join Chip Ganassi Racing for the Indycar 2018 championship, the new Dallara Indycar has been tested this year at Road America by Oriol Servia and his reports on the car are promising, stating that it is a lot looser than last year and the teams will have to really work hard on new setups if they are to get the most out of the new cars.

Ed Jones won the 2016 Indycar Lights championship which secured a seat with Carlin Motorsport who competed in this years 2017 Indycar championship Ed came home with a 14th place finish in the championship standings, fingers crossed his new seat will help him achieve an even better result in the 2018 season. Ed Jone's best result apart from the Indycar lights championship win was his 3rd place finish in the 2017 Indy 500, which is no easy feat.

I wish Ed Jones the best for the 2018 season and will keep a keen eye on his performance especially in the new looser and more wild Dallara Indycar.
